We are looking for a Corporate Technical Support Engineer to be hired with the responsibility to perform Converged Telephony and Legacy Services support in direct contact with Business Customers, field technicians and 2nd level support teamsKey accountabilities&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise after service activation.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform all required actions to support Converged Telephony and Legacy Services to customer, also doing all Vodafone internal coordination activities that follow the troubleshooting process. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Organize field technician visits to customer premises to perform all appropriate actions. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform Services proactive Monitoring and run health checks.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Send technical incident reports to Business customers.Who you areWho you are: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications and computing. TEI or University degree. • &nbsp; &nbsp;At least 3 years’ experience in administration of technology services (Fixed telephony - PBX administration- Internet solutions)&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Technical knowledge of Transmission/Transport, IP Networks and Cisco configuration • &nbsp; &nbsp;Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Broad experience of supporting major corporate customers through virtual teams, suppliers, contractors, and integrators. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Thorough knowledge, end to end, of fixed voice/ Internet telecommunication network operation • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including collaboration and calling/telephony features, along with basic administration in Microsoft 365. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written) &nbsp;Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Corporate Technical Support (CTS)

Responsible for 1st and 2nd level Technical Support on services delivered to SME &amp; Corporate customers• &nbsp; &nbsp;Call reception for technical issues • &nbsp; &nbsp;Management of technical customer requests related on Fixed, Cloud, IoT, SDWAN and Firewall services. • &nbsp; &nbsp;1st and 2nd level technical troubleshooting on Fixed, Cloud &amp; IoT services. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Phone support to field technicians that visit customers premises • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitoring and proactive management of VIP customers’ circuits • &nbsp; &nbsp;Technical escalation to 3rd Level support upon SLA violationWho you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;At least 2 years of experience in technical support on fixed services • &nbsp; &nbsp;University or College degree&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent knowledge in xDSL/ FTTx technology and mobile networks • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent level of Greek and English language (oral and written) and excellent knowledge in MS Office&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Customer obsessed with emphasis on quality&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Team player with analytical skills and high levels of self-motivation &amp; “can do” attitudeNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
