Deree – The American College of Greece is seeking a motivated and qualified Student Accounts Specialist to join the Student Accounts Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, exceptional service to students and customers, and efficient cashier operations.Main Duties / Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and reconcile bank transactions accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Respond promptly to student and customer inquiries via phone and email.</li><li>Maintain and update customer files, accounts, and relevant databases.</li><li>Support credit control procedures and financial follow-up.</li><li>Perform cashier duties, including handling payments and issuing receipts.</li><li>Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>1–2 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.</li></ul>
