The Service Delivery Specialist role is a key contributor to the successful implementation and support of IT projects within the domain of corporate applications, including financial systems, retail, legal services, warehouse management, HRMS and ITSM platforms. A Segregation of Duties (SoD) Engineer (sometimes called SoD Technical Analyst or SoD Engineer) is a technical and security-focused role responsible for implementing, automating, and maintaining the systems and controls that enforce segregation of duties across IT applications — particularly ERP and identity management platforms.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>IT applications Systems Configuration &amp; Implementation</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Configure SoD rulesets and risk matrices in systems like Sap Erp , SAP GRC Access Control, ServiceNow and other tools.</li><li>Integrate SoD analysis tools with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms or ERP systems.</li><li>Automate provisioning workflows and SoD checks for user access requests.</li></ul><ul><li>SoD Rule Development &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Translate business control requirements into technical SoD rules.</li><li>Build and maintain rule libraries that define incompatible roles and transactions.</li><li>Regularly update rulesets to reflect process or system changes.</li></ul></li><li>Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop automated reports for SoD violations and mitigations.</li><li>Create dashboards for compliance tracking and audit reporting.</li><li>Support remediation efforts by identifying root causes of conflicts.</li></ul></li><li>Integration &amp; Automation<ul><li>Work with APIs, scripts, or connectors to synchronize data between IAM systems and ERPs.</li><li>Implement automated SoD checks during onboarding/offboarding processes.</li></ul></li><li>Audit &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Provide technical evidence and reports for internal/external audits.</li><li>Partner with auditors, compliance teams, and SoD administrators during reviews.</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Technical Skills: SAP, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Azure AD, Python, PowerShell, SQL, APIs, SQL Server, Oracle DB, HANA, SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, COSO.</li><li>Preferred qualifications:</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Certification in SAP Security</li><li>CISA, CISM, or other audit/security certifications.</li><li>Experience in internal audit, IT security, or compliance functions.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Company Offers&nbsp;<ul><li>Opportunities for further development</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Continuous Learning and development.</li></ul>
