You’ll report to the Head of D&amp;IS Services Department in Athens and work alongside his professional and dedicated teammates.You'll drive the execution of ISR (Integrated Services Readiness) and Obsolescence activities for projects and tenders, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations as well as in conformity with Alstom processes ensuring Alstom legal and contractual rights within the perimeter of your scope of work.&nbsp;Your future responsibilities<ul><li>As ISR Engineer you' ll be accountable for:<ul><li>The production of the ISR Elements (ISR Management Plan, Maintenance plan and documentation, Training Plan and documentation, Special tools and test benches, Spare parts) during both Tender and Project phase.</li><li>Planning, cost and quality of the ISR Elements accordingly to the ISR management Plan.</li><li>Managing delivery of ISR elements during tender and project phase with respect of ISR management Plan.</li><li>Managing coordination with other Métier or Function (engineering, sourcing, RAMS etc.)&nbsp;for the design of ISR elements.</li><li>Managing coordination with central Function to ensure integration and compliancy with standard and best practice</li></ul></li><li>As Obsolescence Engineer you' ll be accountable for:</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitating and supporting the development of obsolescence management plan with Product Platforms, Projects and Centers of Excellence.</li><li>Requesting &amp; validating product structures and Bills of Material for obsolescence monitoring from Product Units (Design Authority), Suppliers and other sources such as Illustrated Parts Catalogue and load in TOMSYS.</li><li>Determining obsolescence monitoring strategies for products and projects.</li><li>Reviewing incoming obsolescence alerts from external sources, load in TOMSYS and identify necessary actions.</li><li>Preparing periodic project obsolescence reports including Performance Indicators.</li><li>Facilitating development of obsolescence solutions.</li><li>Developing (with sourcing and Supply Chain)&nbsp;obsolescence management capability in Suppliers through use of Supplier Charter Audits and Obsolescence Management Plans.</li><li>Facilitating supplier obsolescence review meetings.</li></ul>&nbsp;All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Integrated Services Readiness & Obsolescence Engineer

HERACLES Group, Greece's leading company in innovative and sustainable building solutions and a member of HOLCIM, is seeking to recruit two Project Engineers to join the OLYMPUS Carbon Capture project core team.With sustainability at the core of our strategy, OLYMPUS is a pioneering project aiming to fulfill our zero-carbon commitment. The project will transform our cement production plant in Milaki, Evia, into a net zero carbon facility through the implementation of innovative carbon capture technologies and supporting infrastructure.Based in our Athens Head Offices, you will join a large-scale industrial project that will spearhead the decarbonization of energy intensive industries in Europe. OLYMPUS is a flagship project in Holcim’s European decarbonization roadmap and was selected in 2023 for funding by the EU Innovation Fund. With a target operational date of 2030, the project aims to capture and store 1 million tons of CO₂ annually.We are currently looking for two engineering professionals who will support the technical coordination and engineering execution of the following project areas:● &nbsp; &nbsp;Project Engineer – Carbon Capture Plant Responsible for the engineering coordination and execution of the Carbon Capture Plant, including detailed design follow-up, technical coordination, and site support activities. The role requires previous experience in cryogenic plants, gas producing facilities, refineries, or similar industrial process installations.&nbsp;● &nbsp; &nbsp;Project Engineer – Water Treatment &amp; Desalination Plant Responsible for the engineering coordination and execution of water treatment plants, including industrial wastewater and desalination facilities, ensuring proper integration with the overall industrial infrastructure and project requirements. The role requires previous experience in similar industrial process installations. The Role The Project Engineers will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and technical follow-up of their assigned project scope throughout all project phases, from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. Working closely with Engineering Providers, Vendors, Subcontractors, and the Project Management Team, the successful candidates will ensure that engineering, procurement, and construction activities are delivered according to project specifications, budget, schedule, quality standards, environmental requirements, and strict Health &amp; Safety criteria.
