So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.&nbsp;Your ‘day to day’:<ul><li>Evaluate sales, distribution, and inventory data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making.</li><li>Conduct hands-on analysis and performance evaluations to support ongoing initiatives, providing clear business recommendations that drive impact.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, Distribution, Commercial Operations) to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable analyses.</li><li>Design sophisticated data products and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Commercial teams.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to ensure data solutions meet business needs and maintain analytical accuracy.</li><li>Present insights and findings in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders, enabling alignment and informed decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to the team's continuous improvement by proposing new approaches and automation opportunities.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Who we’re looking for: &nbsp;<ul><li>Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis or Data Analytics.</li><li>Strong proficiency in BI tools (such as Power BI), Excel and SQL. Good knowledge of Python or R.</li><li>Strong presentation skills in both Greek and English language.</li><li>Familiarity with modern data environments (e.g. cloud-based solutions) is considered a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to connect data insights to business needs.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating dedication to deliver high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Genuine interest in learning about and applying AI-driven approaches to enhance data products and business insights.
