Key duties include developing maintenance guidelines, managing emergency and scheduled works, evaluating subcontractor KPIs, overseeing inventory, and generating operational reports. The role also involves coordinating internal and external resources for rapid fault resolution and working in rotating shifts to provide continuous 24/7/365 network support.What will you do:<ul><li>Provide detailed and well-structured guidelines for fiber optic maintenance.</li><li>Coordinate subcontractors during emergency and scheduled maintenance works.</li><li>Supervise subcontractors’ restoration activities to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Investigate and coordinate contractor field crews for the restoration of faults reported on the fiber optic network.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate all subcontractor KPIs to ensure service level compliance.</li><li>Track remaining resources and manage materials inventory in collaboration with the contractors.</li><li>Generate RFO (reason for outage) reports on emergencies and scheduled works based on agreed KPIs.</li><li>Manage subcontractor certification and invoicing processes.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external resources to accelerate network restoration.</li><li>Perform duties in a shift-based system designed to maintain seamless coverage for network fault resolution and critical tasks.</li><li>Maintain uninterrupted service by working in shifts to handle high-priority incidents and safeguard network performance.</li></ul>It would be great if you have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or related Engineering field.</li><li>CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician) certification is considered an asset.</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience on ArcGIS and network ticketing systems (e.g. Atlassian JIRA, Remedy).</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures, techniques, and equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of fiber network construction and splicing.</li><li>Experience in civil works related to fiber optic network deployment or maintenance.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to design and optimize operational processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Project Management, time management and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Negotiation and analytical skills to assess special situations.</li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward emergencies or scheduled works completion.</li><li>Adaptive, team spirit, good interpersonal skills.</li></ul>What will you get:<ul><li>Wellness programs to keep yourself fit.</li><li>Mobile voice and data to talk.</li><li>Discounts on&nbsp;Nova Fixed / Mobile / TV&nbsp;for you, friends, family.</li><li>Flexy work from home to balance your life.</li><li>Private Insurance program to check up on your health.</li></ul>

Fiber Optic Maintenance Engineer

As a Senior Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading network programs or projects of increased complexity and business importance for Vodafone.More specifically, you will:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage the full lifecycle of &nbsp;complex Network programs and projects: feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance and implementation of network platforms, in all Network technology areas (Mobile&amp;Fixed Access, Voice&amp;Data Core, Services, Transmission &amp; Transport, Digital &amp; OSS). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interface and collaborate with Network Strategy &amp; Engineering &nbsp;Market Delivery Manager, vertical Managers and Network domain experts allocated for aforementioned &nbsp;Projects, as well as &nbsp;Business stakeholders – Report on CxO level when required. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Apply Feasibility Assessment &amp; Delivery Management Network Strategy &amp; Engineering processes • &nbsp; &nbsp;Define the project plan in agreement with all parties involved including the external stakeholders. Defines the detailed project activities and monitors/tracks them permanently. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Build the program/project organizational model and makes sure that resources are available at all times, so that project deliverables are not affected (no business impact).&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for the information flow/ communication within the team and with the main stakeholders, internal and external to Network Strategy &amp; Engineering (stage gate approval, complete technical solution sharing and associated costs).&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform risk management and change management as part of the program/project activities to make the business requirements of the external customers are met, including costs, timelines and agreed quality KPIs • &nbsp; &nbsp;Permanently track program’s/projects’ evolution and timely reports project status to VF Greece Market Delivery Manager &amp; related stakeholders. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement solid program &amp; project management principles and related PM tools across the organization. Senior Network Project Manager

Manage E2E Leases/Rentals for Mobile &amp; Fixed Access Networks, Mobile &amp; Fixed access Leased Lines, of Fixed A/K connectivity and A/K VDSL capability upgrade.
