The People Development Senior Expert will play a key role in designing, implementing, and administering strategic people initiatives across the Group. This role focuses on building a culture of high performance, continuous growth, and strong leadership pipelines. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery capability.&nbsp;Reporting to the Group People Experience &amp; Growth Senior Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:&nbsp; &nbsp;1&nbsp; Performance Management&nbsp;<ul><li>Leading the design and implementation of the Group’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment with company strategy and values&nbsp;</li><li>Providing guidance and tools to managers for effective goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzing performance data and identifying trends for continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul>2&nbsp; Employee Development &amp; Growth&nbsp;<ul><li>Developing, rolling out and coordinating Group-wide employee development programs, that address capability gaps and career growth needs&nbsp;</li><li>Partnering with Group companies and business units to identify high-impact development opportunities.&nbsp;</li></ul>3&nbsp; Succession Management&nbsp;<ul><li>Designing and supporting succession planning processes, identifying and tracking key roles and potential successors&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborating with local HR Teams and Leaders to prepare targeted development plans for succession readiness&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining the succession and talent databases, ensuring accurate reporting.&nbsp;</li></ul>4&nbsp; Talent Management&nbsp;<ul><li>Contributing to the design and execution of talent identification, assessment, and engagement strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the Group’s internal mobility initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Preparing talent dashboards and insights to inform leadership decisions.&nbsp;</li></ul>5&nbsp; Operational &amp; Administrative Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintaining accurate HR data and documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating timelines, communications, and reporting Group-wide&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with internal policies and HR standards.&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Competencies required: •University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field •Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken •Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to performance management and talent growth •Strong analytical and project management skills •Proficiency in HRIS &amp; Target/Performance Management digital solutions, Excel for data analysis and power point for effective presentations •Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities •Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail •Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.We offer: •Competitive remuneration &amp; benefits package&nbsp; •Extensive continuous training&nbsp; •Career &amp; development prospects in FOURLIS Group
