Το Ίδρυμα Ωνάση αναζητά έναν/μία Υπεύθυνο/η Συντήρησης Εγκαταστάσεων για το Ωνάσειο Νοσοκομείο.Ο κύριος ρόλος του/της είναι η περιοδική επιθεώρηση, προληπτική συντήρηση, επισκευή και διατήρηση σε πλήρη και ασφαλή λειτουργία των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση της πλήρους, ασφαλούς και αδιάλειπτου λειτουργίας του Ωνάσειου Νοσοκομείου.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Σχεδιασμός και εποπτεία προγράμματος συντήρησης ηλεκτρολογικών και μηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων</li><li>Διενέργεια τακτικών και έκτακτων επιτόπιων ελέγχων για την ασφάλεια, τη λειτουργική ετοιμότητα και την υγειονομική συμμόρφωση</li><li>Παρακολούθηση συνεργείων συντήρησης και διασφάλιση ορθής εκτέλεσης των εργασιών τους</li><li>Σύνταξη μηνιαίων, τριμηνιαίων και ετήσιων τεχνικών αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση, περιλαμβάνοντας προτάσεις βελτίωσης και εκτίμηση κόστους</li><li>Διατήρηση ενημερωμένου καταλόγου εγκαταστάσεων και κρίσιμων ανταλλακτικών για ελαχιστοποίηση χρόνων μη λειτουργίας</li><li>Επίβλεψη συστημάτων ασφαλείας, διαχείρισης ενέργειας, BMS, UPS, πυρασφάλειας, ιατρικών αερίων και ειδικού εξοπλισμού νοσοκομείου</li><li>Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού για καταστάσεις έκτακτης ανάγκης (πυρκαγιά, σεισμός, διακοπή λειτουργίας συστημάτων)</li></ul>Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού</li><li>5+ έτη αποδεδειγμένης εργασιακής εμπειρία στη συντήρηση και διαχείριση Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων κατά προτίμηση σε νοσοκομειακό περιβάλλον</li><li>Ικανότητα εποπτείας συνεργείων και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων ταυτόχρονα.</li><li>Δυνατότητα σύνταξης τεχνικών αναφορών και παρακολούθησης προϋπολογισμών</li><li>Εξοικείωση με συστήματα BMS, ενεργειακής διαχείρισης, UPS, πυρασφάλειας και ιατρικών αερίων</li><li>Άριστη γνώση του Microsoft Office Suite και Autodesk AutoCAD</li><li>Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών</li></ul>Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες:<ul><li>Οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες</li><li>Ικανότητα προτεραιοποίησης και ανάθεσης εργασιών</li><li>Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης</li><li>Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων με προσανατολισμό στην επίτευξη του αποτελέσματος</li></ul>Οφέλη:<ul><li>Εργασία σε ένα υπερσύγχρονο νοσοκομείο με ψηφιακές υποδομές και καινοτόμες ιατρικές τεχνολογίες</li><li>Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών</li></ul>

Υπεύθυνος Συντήρησης Εγκαταστάσεων

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at&nbsp;Eurolife FFH Life Insurance. As a senior member of the Compliance team you will drive the Company’s compliance framework, ensuring strong oversight across AML, FATCA/CRS, broader regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role reports to the Head of the Compliance Function.Role responsibilities<ul><li>Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of the Compliance Framework in line with local and EU regulations.</li><li>Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify, evaluate the level, significance, and scope of regulatory risks and oversee mitigation plans</li><li>Stay fully informed on relevant laws, regulations, AML requirements, and FATCA/CRS obligations.</li><li>Monitor the Company’s compliance with legal, regulatory, AML, and FATCA/CRS reporting requirements, as well as internal policies.</li><li>Monitor and support effective product governance throughout the product lifecycle in accordance with IDD and POG regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of the AML Framework.</li><li>Lead and supervise all FATCA/CRS Reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy, validation, and timely submissions.</li><li>Investigate irregularities, AML red flags, and complex compliance issues.</li><li>Coordinate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting in line with regulatory and corporate sustainability requirements.</li><li>Design and deliver across the organization compliance training programs on existing and upcoming regulatory obligations (incl. AML and FATCA/CRS compliance), and the business impact of non-compliance.</li><li>Prepare compliance reports for senior management, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Escalate areas of concern and support decision-making at senior level.</li><li>Contribute to the enhancement of a strong compliance control framework, including AML and international tax reporting controls.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a strong culture of compliance.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5-7+ years of senior experience in Compliance within insurance or financial services sectors.</li><li>Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences or any other relevant field. &nbsp;Postgraduate studies or certifications in Compliance or Risk Management will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Greek and EU regulatory frameworks (Solvency II, IDD, POG, GDPR).</li><li>Familiarity with ESG standards and sustainability reporting frameworks.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards</li><li>Integrity and professional ethics</li><li>Business acumen</li><li>Teamwork skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A competitive compensation package relevant to qualifications.</li><li>Ongoing training and development.</li><li>Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Eurolife Hybrid Working Model</li></ul>
