Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Leading the design, development, and review of complex 3-statement financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess funding requirements.</li><li>Formulating and presenting strategic recommendations on potential funding structures and financing strategies, including Recovery &amp; Resilience Fund (RRF) subsidized loans and other investment mechanisms.</li><li>Managing and coordinating comprehensive industry and market analyses, ensuring insights are effectively translated into actionable client deliverables.</li><li>Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and clarity of all reports, presentations, and deliverables, maintaining high professional standards.</li><li>Supervising and coaching junior and senior team members, providing structured feedback and supporting their professional growth.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the firm in meetings and discussions.</li><li>Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client pitches, and identifying new engagement opportunities.</li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills)<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, ACA) will be considered a strong asset</li><li>5 to 10&nbsp;years of professional experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, or a related field</li><li>Strong expertise in building and reviewing complex financial models, including cash flow forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing projects and leading teams, with the ability to guide multiple engagements simultaneously</li><li>Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders</li><li>Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations</li><li>Proactive and results-driven approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) will be considered an advantage</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable) What’s in it for You?
