The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Translate stakeholder needs into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)</li><li>Design process flows &amp; mockups that bring ideas to life.</li><li>Work on projects spanning branches, back-office, call centers, and more.</li><li>Analyze policies, procedures &amp; regulations and convert them into actionable requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and other analysts.</li><li>Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and deliver real value to users.</li><li>Lead or participate in client workshops and present insights with confidence.</li><li>Contribute to a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):<ul><li>3–6 years of experience in business consulting/analysis.</li><li>Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field (MSc/MBA is a plus).</li><li>Proven skills in BRDs, process design, Visio.</li><li>Strong knowledge of banking operations and how to improve them.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.</li><li>Basic understanding of software, mobile apps, and web services.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Client-facing experience with confidence in leading workshops.</li></ul><ul><li></li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
