AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain a reliable, secure, scalable and efficient real-time platform, by combining software engineering and systems engineering skills. The position reports to the Health and Safety Manager of the Kamari Plant.The primary scope of this role is to promote and monitor all issues related to occupational health and safety for Titan’s Kamari Plant in accordance with corporate policies and legislation to meet company’s business requirements.Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks through risk assessments, preventive measures, and the analysis of incidents and near misses, ensuring continuous improvement of safety practices</li><li>Implement, and monitor Health &amp; Safety plans, programs, and policies, ensuring full compliance with Greek legislation and company standards.</li><li>Organize and conduct plant inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment</li><li>Maintain and continuously improve the Health &amp; Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 requirements</li><li>Deliver Health &amp; Safety training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, promoting a strong safety culture</li><li>Monitor H&amp;S performance through KPIs, corrective actions, and improvement plans, maintaining accurate records and preparing periodic reports for management review</li><li>Coordinate and oversee Health &amp; Safety compliance of contractors, subcontractors, and third parties on site, supporting internal and external audits and liaising with regulatory authorities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical &amp; Minning engineering</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in Health &amp; Safety, or in production/maintenance roles within an industrial environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of occupational Health &amp; Safety legislation, risk analysis, accident prevention, and mitigation measures</li><li>Experience in preparing H&amp;S reports, procedures, and policies is desirable</li><li>Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Role requires the ability to meet physical job requirements</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications</li><li>Military service fulfilled (where applicable)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Annual checkup</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>Prepaid cards for supermarket</li><li>Learning and Development opportunities</li><li>Internships and summer schools for employee children</li><li>Wellness programs and special offers</li></ul>
