Team Leader, Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the villas and surrounding areas to the highest standard, adhering to O&amp;O standards at all times, and ensuring the cleanliness / hygiene is followed at all times. Also must ensure that the arrivals villas met the arriving customer requirements and known preferences’.Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>To maintain and enforce all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining cleanliness to all assigned work areas.</li><li>Responsible to lead and assist assigned team.</li><li>Inspect villas daily, including departures, arrivals, occupied, VIP, ensuring that they have been cleaned to the highest level, all maintenance is reported and rectified, and standards are being adhered to.</li><li>Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained in pantries.</li><li>Ensure the ability to maintain safe work practices.</li><li>Responsible for the overall cleanliness, replenishment, standards and maintenance of the entire villa for all arrival villas for their respective sections.</li><li>Guarantee that all the repeater arrival preferences are met when the villa is prepared.</li><li>Ensure that the task provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&amp;O Aesthesis standard</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Very good verbal and written command of the English language.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills required.</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful work environment</li><li>Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, and proprietary hotel software</li></ul>&nbsp; What we offer:<ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment in a world-class luxury resort.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within One&amp;Only Resorts.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Private health insurance.</li><li>Exclusive discounts at partner businesses.</li></ul>
