Η διαχείριση και διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων θα πραγματοποιείται μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας, ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και web εφαρμογών, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία και την άμεση υποστήριξη των χρηστών.&nbsp;Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>End-to-end επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων που σχετίζονται με hardware, software &amp; network πλατφόρμες</li><li>Παροχή υποστήριξης&nbsp;και επίλυσης αιτημάτων χρηστών μέσω καναλιών επικοινωνίας (τηλεφώνου, πλατφόρμας ticketing ή e-mail)</li><li>Αξιολόγηση περιστατικών βάσει διαδικασιών και σωστή κλιμάκωση στις σχετικές ομάδες υποστήριξης</li><li>Άμεση και ταχεία καταγραφή αναφορών σχετικά με τα τον εντοπισμό των προβλημάτων και τον τρόπο επίλυσης, με σκοπό την αποφυγή επανεμφάνισης αυτών.</li><li>Αλληλεπίδραση με άλλες ομάδες για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων και την εφαρμογή αλλαγών ή ενημερώσεων στα συστήματα.</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής / Δικτύων / ή άλλο συναφές</li><li>Επιθυμητή εμπειρία&nbsp;σε ρόλο IT Helpdesk/Service Desk.</li><li>Εμπειρία χρήσης – υποστήριξης σε λογισμικά Microsoft</li><li>Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης και αντιμετώπισης κρίσιμων θεμάτων</li><li>Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία, εστίαση στις ανάγκες των χρηστών και άμεση ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματα τους.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών</li></ul>&nbsp;Παροχές:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικός μισθός</li><li>Παροχές και εκπτώσεις (προγράμματα κινητής τηλεφωνίας, γεύματα κ.ά.)</li><li>Ευκαιρίες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης</li><li>Συνεχής εκπαίδευση</li><li>Σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου μέσω των συνεργατών μας</li><li>Η ευκαιρία να γίνεις το επόμενο αστέρι του Grand Cosmotel</li></ul>
