The Frances Rich School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences at Deree – The American College of Greece, is seeking a Part-Time Instructor to teach Graphic Design courses in the Arts and Creative Industries Department.Required Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Master’s degree (MA, MDes, MFA, or equivalent) in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Digital Media Arts, or a related field.</li><li>Terminal degree (such as MFA, MDes, or PhD) strongly preferred.</li><li>Equivalent professional experience in kinetic typography and motion graphics will also be considered.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Professional experience in motion graphics, kinetic typography, animation, or visual communication design.</li><li>Teaching experience in undergraduate and/or graduate programs, preferably at an English-speaking institution.</li><li>At least one degree from a US or UK institution.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, type in motion, and animation tools.</li></ul>Knowledge:<ul><li>The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following areas:</li><li>Kinetic Typography (conceptual and technical execution)</li><li>Motion Design Principles (timing, pacing, transitions)</li><li>Adobe After Effects and relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools</li><li>Storytelling through type and motion</li><li>Typography in digital and print environments</li><li>Creative Coding for Motion (e.g., Processing, p5.js, GSAP)</li><li>Experimental Motion Design and Narrative Design</li><li>Fundamentals of Animation</li><li>Integration of Theory and Practice in Design Education</li></ul>General Skills:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and strong command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Commitment to student-centered, interactive teaching with an emphasis on professional and interpersonal communication.</li><li>Passion for innovative pedagogy and fostering a dynamic, inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.</li><li>Potential for scholarly research engagement.</li></ul>Desirable Skills and Attributes:<ul><li>Experience with online and hybrid teaching.</li><li>Active engagement with motion design, typography, or animation communities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate theory and practice in design education.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging tools and platforms in motion design, AR/VR, or generative design.</li></ul>

Part-time Instructor in Typography and Motion Graphics (Theory and/or Practice)

As the Key Account Manager in On Premise you are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio at the respective Key Accounts in your local market/area. You maximize business opportunities in a profitable way while developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our top chained On Premise customers. You build powerful strategies based on industry- and consumer insights to derive impactful measures which ensure a continuous development of our brand at each of your customers. As a result you deliver business plan targets for sales and distribution for the On Premise channel.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Collapse all<ul><li>STRATEGY AND PLANNING<ul><li>Alignment with HQ on international strategy, guidelines and customers</li><li>Identification of the most relevant channels and customers (size and relevance) in the respective market and development of long term visions to drive vertical and horizontal distribution and sales</li><li>Close alignment with local Marketing on market-relevant industry- and consumer insights and national focus areas</li><li>Annual business planning for On Premise Key Accounts, including budget- and volume forecast as well as a thought through activation plan for each Key Account.</li></ul></li><li>MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS<ul><li>Maximization of existing customer performance via effective joint business planning</li><li>Acquisition of new customers from the relevant national universe</li><li>Negotiating win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red&nbsp;Bull’s and the customer’s business</li><li>Collaborating with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to buyers, sales- &amp; marketing managers, controllers, logistic managers and CEOs) to leverage business success</li><li>Ensuring executional excellence on account level by utilizing (cross-departmental) resources, such as Musketeer- and Consumer-Collecting teams.</li><li>Managing agreed budget forecast and spend for each account.
