Reporting to Marketing &amp; Communication Manager, the role oversees a team of two responsible in the areas of internal &amp; external communications and customer communications, as well as leads the relationship with the PR agency.Your day-to-day:Internal Communications:<ul><li>Own the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar (emails, newsletters, viva engage platform, intranet, Town Halls content), and work together with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify themes aiming to keep employees informed and engaged.</li><li>Lead content development, editing, and final approvals for internal communications.</li></ul>External Communications<ul><li>Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with journalists and media outlets.</li><li>Lead the publicity strategy and the content development (press releases, articles, interviews, etc.). Collaborate with different functions to create content that enhances the company’s presence and aligns with NN’s strategy.</li><li>Supervise the media coverage monitoring &amp; reporting and proactively address any issues or opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and support senior managers for appearances in the media, interviews, podcasts and other speaking opportunities.</li><li>Cooperate with Digital Marketing to identify themes for NN’s social media calendars and lead the LinkedIn calendar.</li></ul>Crisis Communications &amp; Issues Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain crisis communication plans, protocols, and escalation paths.</li><li>Lead internal and external communications during crisis situations.</li><li>Coordinate messaging with Legal, HR, Operations, and senior leadership.</li><li>Conduct post-crisis reviews and continuous improvement actions.</li></ul>Customer Communications<ul><li>Oversee all customer-facing communications across channels (website, email, service updates), ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand values.</li><li>Lead the development of NN’s loyalty program.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of two communications professionals.</li><li>Manage agency relationships, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure ROI.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.</li><li>7–10+ years of experience in internal and external communications or PR roles.</li><li>Proven people management experience and cross-functional leadership.</li><li>Strong experience in media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Digital PR tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Advanced communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strategic and creative thinking with a pragmatic mindset.</li><li>Strong people management and team leadership skills.</li><li>Client- and customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong organization, planning, and risk management skills.</li><li>Confidence, decisiveness, and negotiation skills.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Extensive training opportunities – on-demand and on-site options</li><li>Partnerships with educational institutions across Greece for advanced education, with tuition support</li><li>Comprehensive Health Insurance for peace of mind and financial protection</li><li>Pension Scheme to secure your financial future</li><li>Well-being and work-life balance programs</li><li>One-time budget for home-office equipment</li><li>Recognition and rewards for excellence</li><li>Monthly meal allowance</li><li>Recently renovated offices in a central location with easy access</li></ul>
