We are seeking a Management Consultant Trainee (3–6 month contract) to support the development of our practice within European Institutions.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supporting key projects and helping build client relationships.</li><li>Assisting in qualitative and quantitative research to understand organizational processes.</li><li>Contributing to data collection through desk research, interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.</li><li>Analyzing data and ensuring its reliability through quality checks.</li><li>Helping prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations for our clients.</li><li>Assisting in developing strategies and campaigns for stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions.</li><li>Sharing fresh ideas to enhance our services and contribute to our growth.</li><li>Participating in team events to help strengthen our consulting practice.</li></ul>QualificationWHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with eligibility to participate in an internship program.</li><li>Interest in working in a multicultural environment on a variety of projects.</li><li>Some experience in consulting, research, or a related field would be an asset.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.</li><li>Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.</li><li>Clear communicator, able to adapt to different audiences.</li><li>Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.</li><li>Team player, eager to learn and collaborate with others.</li><li>Flexible and motivated to contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?<ul><li>Take part in impactful projects that make a difference at both the national and European level.</li><li>Continue to grow with us through in-house training sessions and a wide range of online learning opportunities</li></ul>
