Experience great&nbsp;flexibility&nbsp;under&nbsp;our&nbsp;hybrid&nbsp;operating model&nbsp;across our offices in&nbsp;Athens,&nbsp;Patras, Thessaloniki and Crete&nbsp;and contribute to&nbsp;building a better working world.&nbsp;Office Relocation Project – Fixed‑Term ContractContract Duration: 6–7 months (Fixed‑term) Working Location: Athens (On‑site) &nbsp;The OpportunityWe are looking for Student On‑Site Technology Support Assistants to join our team on a 6–7 month fixed‑term contract.This role requires no prior professional experience and is ideal for students who:<ul><li>Are studying IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field</li><li>Are interested in how technology supports modern workplaces</li><li>Want hands‑on exposure to IT support and office relocation activities</li></ul>You will work on‑site, supporting the setup and smooth operation of technology during the office move, while receiving guidance and on‑the‑job training.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;As part of the On‑Site Technology Support team, you will:<ul><li>Assist with technology setup during office relocation, including workstations, equipment moves, and basic installations</li><li>Help prepare laptops, monitors, keyboards, and accessories for employees</li><li>Support onboarding activities by setting up equipment for new joiners</li><li>Assist with collecting and organizing IT equipment from departing employees</li><li>Provide basic, hands‑on IT support for everyday user issues</li><li>Help track and manage IT assets (labelling, inventory, distribution)</li><li>Assist with meeting room and event technology setups</li><li>Escalate technical issues to senior team members when required</li><li>Follow clear procedures and work as part of a supportive team</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Interest in technology and IT support</li><li>Willingness to learn and take initiative</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and manage simple tasks independently</li><li>Comfortable working in an on‑site office environment</li></ul>&nbsp;To qualify for the role, you must have&nbsp;<ul><li>University students (undergraduate or postgraduate) or recent graduates</li><li>Field of study in:<ul><li>IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar</li></ul></li><li>Basic familiarity with:<ul><li>Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Using laptops, mobile devices, and common applications</li></ul></li><li>Ability to communicate in Greek and English</li><li>Availability to work on‑site for the full contract duration</li></ul>&nbsp;No prior work experience required&nbsp;What we offer you&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
