Intellectica is recruiting a Warehouse &amp; Equipment Control Supervisor on behalf of its client, a leading provider of engineering solutions for subsea cable installation and offshore energy infrastructure. With a strong focus on technical excellence and reliable project delivery, the company is expanding its team to support a growing portfolio of international projects. Based in Attiki, Greece, the role reports to the Operations Manager of the Offshore &amp; Marine Construction Division and will be responsible for the full control, readiness, tracking, and coordination of all equipment and warehouse operations supporting mobilizations and demobilizations.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Overseeing the full control, readiness, and traceability of all equipment and warehouse operations supporting offshore projects</li><li>Maintaining up‑to‑date live tracking of equipment across vessels, yards, and suppliers</li><li>Managing inventory records, asset tagging, certifications, and documentation updates</li><li>Applying and monitoring equipment issue/return procedures with complete reporting</li><li>Preparing packing lists, manifests, labels, and equipment setups for mobilizations and demobilizations</li><li>Coordinating equipment recovery, inspection, condition reporting, and reintegration into inventory after project completion</li><li>Verifying that inspections, testing, servicing, and equipment certifications are completed and properly recorded</li><li>Arranging shipments and transportation with ports, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and suppliers</li><li>Overseeing the safe loading, unloading, and movement of equipment in line with project schedules</li><li>Supervising warehouse organization, storage layout, equipment protection standards, and technician workflows</li><li>Promoting safe handling, lifting, and storage practices aligned with HSE requirements</li><li>Upholding compliance with all HSE standards during warehouse and logistics operations</li><li>Identifying and driving process improvements for inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, and logistics efficiency</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>&nbsp;Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marine Studies, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 4 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, equipment control, or marine/offshore supply chain environments</li><li>Strong familiarity with inventory management systems, asset tracking tools, and logistics documentation</li><li>Experience in mobilizations, demobilizations, or coordination of equipment movements in a marine, offshore, or industrial setting</li><li>Solid understanding of warehouse workflows, equipment flow processes, and operational controls</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and logistics software</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, inspections, or mobilizations</li></ul>&nbsp;Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Operationally hands-on and detail-oriented</li><li>Clear and confident communicator</li><li>Collaborative and team-focused mindset</li><li>Proactive problem-solving and safety-driven approach</li><li>Effective multitasker under pressure</li><li>Technically proficient in logistics and tracking tools</li></ul>

O&M HSE Manager (M3)

Join our team as a Port Operations Manager where you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of port agency services. This role includes managing a team of port agents, ensuring efficient vessel operation, and providing high quality customer service to cruise lines. Based in Piraeus, you will ensure play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining smooth port operations. ABOUT THE JOB<ul><li>Oversee and manage all operational requirements related to vessel calls, ensuring smooth and efficient port operations.</li><li>Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations at the port to ensure the team adheres to port policies, governing laws, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Responsible of interacting, creating, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, government officials and port/terminal authorities to ensure operational success.</li><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to port agents, ensuring they meet performance standards and adhere to operational requirements. This may include providing on-site support during peak seasons.</li><li>Coordinate and liaise with all vendors to ensure that the equipment and services provided meets the expectations of Intercruises and its clients.</li><li>Ensure all respective sailing documents are completed within a timely manner to ensure invoicing/billing is on track.</li><li>Actively participate in conference calls with vessels and or cruise lines when needed.</li><li>Responsible for the creation of port agent schedule to ensure coverage. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage workload distribution to optimize efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Independently oversee reporting agent’s team, responsible for training, performance evaluations and recruitment/selection in collaboration with Human Resources.</li><li>Conduct regular evaluations of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Report all incidents related to work processes and employee performance and follow through on corrective actions.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.</li><li>Educational background: A good academic background is required; maritime studies or related qualifications are highly desirable.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Port Agent or Supervisor in port operations.</li><li>Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
