The Transportation Specialist is a user of SAP Transportation Management system and conducts all duties of the logistics department.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Arrange shipment of goods by identifying most suitable transport carrier.</li><li>Cooperate with all Supply Chain &amp; Logistics departments of all Viohalco Companies</li><li>Sets up and executes multimodal logistics projects for bulk shipments (cable drums, pipes, oversized cargo)</li><li>Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency.</li><li>Execute RFQ/e auctions regarding land, sea, rail</li><li>Ensure that transportation operations comply with laws, transport regulations, safety, environmental/risk management legislation &amp; Corporate Policies.</li><li>Maintain department files, reports, and key performance indicators (KPI’s) around carrier and transportation costs.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new suppliers to meet cost, quality, and service requirements.</li><li>Operate and support logistics systems, including ANITA, web applications, SAP ERP, and SAP TMS.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Master’s degree (MSc) in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Good knowledge of International Logistics market</li><li>Sound knowledge of supply chain for metal products</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Transport Industry</li><li>IT literate</li><li>Good understanding of logistics management software (SAP, other)</li><li>Very good negotiation &amp; time management skills</li><li>Excellent command of English</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company Offers&nbsp;<ul><li>Opportunities for further development</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Continuous Learning and development.</li></ul>

The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for creating and providing additional value to Ayvens’ existing Strategic Accounts. Focus of his/her responsibilities is to develop and extend business with existing Customers by cultivating relationship and offering recognizable added value.The individual selected for the role will be concerned with the company’s external facing, consistency, customer satisfaction, new products launching, and ongoing provision of accurate and timely vehicle fleet performance data and analysis to the assigned accounts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build long-term relationships with existing Strategic Accounts that focus on delivering added value and result on increasing customer satisfaction index.</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of company’s propositions, products, and tools. &nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry.</li><li>Develop &amp; implement Yearly Strategic Account Plan.</li><li>Involve the company’s senior management where necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct meetings with clientele according to yearly plan, aiming to cultivate relationship both in depth and breadth.</li><li>Pro-actively and methodically identify customer needs and create plan to provide adequate fleet management solutions through the company’s propositions suite.</li><li>Introduce clientele to the company’s digital platforms.</li><li>Manage sales opportunities with persistency.</li><li>Orchestrate internally and externally an effective tender management process according to timelines and SLA’s.</li><li>Ensure high sales conversion ratio which will lead to renewal fleet successfully &amp; will enable further penetration.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Take ownership for all queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved within agreed timescales and performance standards.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments to ensure adherence to Service level agreements.</li><li>Identify potential trends and threats and take all actions necessary to avoid customer service disruptions.</li><li>Act internally as clients advocate ensuring that the voice of the customer is communicated with responsibility and embedded at the organization.</li><li>Obtain full and sufficient information from customers to enable the progress of all regulatory processes and enable activities to be completed successfully.</li><li>Be involved in any other ad hoc projects / team activities as may be required.</li><li>Manage commercial CRM with attention to detail, emphasize on top and updated data quality.</li><li>Along with the account management team, take all actions to accelerate the completion of all administrative tasks.</li><li>Ensure that CRM automations are functioning properly and report all relevant issues.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Professional experience with a minimum of five (5) years in an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services or in a complex commercial environment.</li><li>University degree in Business Administration or Marketing.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong Commercial awareness</li><li>Able to communicate persuasively across a range of different stakeholders.</li><li>Strong listening skills</li><li>Strong written communication skills</li><li>Ability to present effectively.</li><li>Teamwork skills</li><li>Challenger mentality with strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Tech Savviness and new technology adaptiveness.</li><li>An entrepreneurial mind-set with strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently as well as a member of a high performing teams.</li><li>Solid quantitative (numerical and problem solving) skills.</li><li>Highly structured combined with a pragmatic ‘can do’ mentality.</li><li>Motivated with a strong track record of delivery.</li><li>Fluency in English (speaking and writing)</li></ul>

Strategic Accounts Executive
