<h2>IT Service Desk Administrator</h2>Limassol / AthensEngineering – Service Desk /Full-time /On-siteApply for this jobIT Service Desk Administrator The Role:We are looking for an energetic and passionate IT Service Desk Administrator who will monitor, maintain and provide high quality systems support to the company’s department. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT related issues/queries in an efficient and effective manner. You will also be involved in the company’s other IT projects as required. This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established team within a rewarding and challenging environment!<h2>The main responsibilities of the position include:</h2><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper and smooth operation of the MT4 and MT5 trading platforms</li><li>Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms and applications</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts and repair or adjustments when necessary</li><li>Install and troubleshoot Windows based systems</li><li>Work with Microsoft, GSuite and cloud technologies</li><li>Assist with the administration of Windows operating system, Azure Portal</li><li>Perform routine audits of systems and software, and resolve any problems identified</li><li>Administer the company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in the agreed SLA, and log all IT support helpdesk calls in the ticket system</li><li>Monitor our systems by using monitoring tools</li><li>Provide guidance, support and training to staff on IT related issues</li><li>Liaise with external associates to solve any problem</li></ul><h2>Main requirements:</h2><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>University Degree in Information Technology, or any other relevant field</li><li>Experience in a similar position will be a major plus</li><li>Working a shift schedule</li><li>Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently</li><li>Provide fast, polite and efficient responses to all staff</li><li>Knowledge of Windows 10/2012/2016 (MacOS knowledge is considered a plus but not a must)</li></ul><h2>Benefit from:</h2><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul><h2>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You</h2><ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
