We are currently looking for professional and customer-focused&nbsp;Call Center Agents&nbsp;to join our dynamic team at SKY express in Athens. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our passengers, handling flight bookings and travel-related inquiries, to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold our brand’s commitment to excellent customer service.<hr>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Address customer needs and requests through inbound calls and emails.</li><li>Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage reservation changes.</li><li>Provide accurate and timely information to passengers and airport teams.</li><li>Handle requests and complaints with a customer-first mindset.</li></ul><hr>Competences: <ul><li>Customer oriented with strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiations skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm and empathetic approach.</li><li>Able to work under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Team player with a result-driven mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the role.</li></ul><hr>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Previous working experience in a Customer Service or Call Center will be considered an asset.</li><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken). Call Center Agent (Athens based)

We're currently looking for&nbsp;full-time&nbsp;Support Associates to join our team in Athens! In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers, restaurants and courier partners.
