The role is responsible for leading the Portfolio &amp; Governance function by ensuring effective portfolio planning, governance execution, and reporting, while also overseeing Agile coaching capabilities across the organization.&nbsp;You will drive automation and leverage AI to enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making, while actively contributing to the continuous evolution of our Agile ways of working and delivery excellence.&nbsp;More specifically you will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage a team ensuring high performance and continuous growth&nbsp;</li><li>Execute and continuously improve portfolio governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities&nbsp;</li><li>Define, track, and report on portfolio KPIs and performance metrics&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the Agile coaching practice, ensuring the effective adoption and evolution of Agile frameworks and ways of working &nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Agile Coaches to drive delivery maturity, team effectiveness, and organizational agility&nbsp;</li><li>Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities across domains&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and manage governance forums (e.g., portfolio reviews, steering committees), including agenda preparation and follow-ups&nbsp;</li><li>Consolidate and prepare portfolio reporting for Group level&nbsp;</li><li>Drive automation of governance processes, reporting, and KPI tracking (e.g., dashboards, workflows)&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage AI and data-driven approaches to improve insights, forecasting, and decision-making&nbsp;</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across the portfolio lifecycle&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and transparency in reporting and governance activities&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3-4 years of experience in portfolio management, governance, or similar environments&nbsp;</li><li>Experience leading or coordinating teams&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with automation tools, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automation)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek &amp; English and with both technical and business audiences&nbsp;</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? IT Service Desk & DCM Engineer

Our organization is seeking an experienced Microsoft&nbsp; Specialist to oversee and optimize its Microsoft ecosystem within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing Microsoft Intune (endpoint/device management) and Microsoft Entra ID (cloud identity and access management), ensuring that users and devices are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed.The specialist will also support a range of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Office 365 applications, etc.), contribute to IT service management processes, and play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives.This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence at the production facilities with remote work flexibility. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust, highly available IT infrastructure that supports business operations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Intune Administration Manage and configure Microsoft Intune for enterprise device and application management. Responsibilities include setting up mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies, deploying software and updates, configuring Windows Autopilot for new devices, and enforcing compliance and security policies across endpoints</li><li>Microsoft 365 Services Support Maintain and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and services. Monitor and manage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and other Office 365 products to ensure proper configuration and alignment with user needs. Troubleshoot issues related to Teams meetings, Exchange mail flow, or SharePoint access in collaboration with the Corporate IT team, and liaise with Microsoft support when necessary</li><li>Azure AD / Entra ID Management Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), including user and group management in a hybrid environment, configuration of authentication methods (MFA, password policies), and administration of services such as conditional access, enterprise application registrations, and single sign-on</li><li>Power Platform &amp; Microsoft Fabric Integration Provide basic oversight and support for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) usage and integration. While not directly responsible for solution development, ensure the platform is enabled and governed according to organizational policies and best practices. Maintain a basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric to support data-related initiatives and coordinate with the data and analytics team on infrastructure changes</li><li>ITSM &amp; Process Orientation Demonstrate experience with IT Service Management tools and processes, including incident management, request fulfillment and structured change management. Familiarity with ITIL best practices or certification is beneficial. Experience with service desk platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus</li><li>Communication &amp; Documentation Exhibit excellent communication skills. Fluency in Greek is required to support local staff and document policies and procedures. Proficiency in English is necessary for reading technical documentation, understanding IT terminology, and communicating with global vendors. The ability to to communicate effectively with non-technical staff is essential. Strong writing skills are required for producing documentation and reports</li></ul>Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Education A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred. A solid foundational knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security is expected due to the critical nature of this role in a production environment</li><li>Manufacturing/Industry Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly desirable. Experience in industries with high availability and resilient operational requirements is also beneficial</li><li>Microsoft Certifications Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications that demonstrate technical expertise is considered an asset</li><li>Additional Technical Skills Familiarity with on-premises Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, etc.) and its integration with Entra ID in a hybrid setup.
