Your role as a Technology Business Analysis Professional will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. During your tenure as a Technology Business Analysis Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:<ul><li>Engage with stakeholders to define requirements through workshops and meetings. Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications;</li><li>Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications;</li><li>Design business solutions aligned with technical feasibility. Develop wireframes, prototype and acceptance criteria. Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices;</li><li>Work cross - functionally with UX, Development and QA Teams. Communicate requirements clearly and ensure timely project delivery. A Master's degree in Business Administration or IT is a plus;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in business analysis within Technology Projects preferably in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance), Energy, or Telecommunications;</li><li>Strong understanding of business process design, application, and systems (CRM, ERP, RPA, BPM);</li><li>Familiarity with Business Analysis methods and techniques (Design Thinking, UML, BPMN);</li><li>Experience with workflow, low - code tools, and bug tracking/test management tools is a plus;</li><li>Strong problem - solving, analytical, and organizational skills;</li><li>Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office (PMO) is an advantage.
