As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for understanding the user and business needs and transforming them into a digital experience. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Architect the overall Power BI solution, including data sources, ETL processes, and security layers</li><li>Design and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance data models in Power BI to support complex reporting requirements</li><li>Optimize Power BI reports for performance, ensuring responsiveness for large datasets</li><li>Ensure that Power BI environments comply with organizational security and compliance standards</li><li>Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and Product Managers to align Power BI architecture with business goals</li><li>Provide thought leadership and guidance on BI best practices, Power BI usage, and self-service BI strategies</li><li>Participate and contribute training sessions and workshops for business users to enhance their understanding of Power BI tools and capabilities</li><li>Continuously optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience</li><li>Support on Power BI quality, usage and troubleshoot performance issues related to data loading, DAX calculations, and report rendering</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, trends, and industry best practices</li><li>Oversee the deployment of Power BI solutions within an enterprise environment and develop/maintain the Enterprise Architecture Roadmap.</li></ul> ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?<ul><li>Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field (or an equivalent of 7+ years of practical experience in a tech-domain)</li><li>5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering roles</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI architecture, including Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Embedded</li><li>Proficient in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language) for advanced reporting solutions</li><li>Strong understanding of data modelling (star schema, snowflake schema), and database design principles.</li><li>Proven track record of implementing proof-of-concept (POC) backend solutions</li><li>Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, etc.) and ETL/ELT processes</li><li>Experience with big data architectures and large data volumes technologies (partitioned tables with billions of records, files with hundreds of GBs)</li><li>First proven leadership capabilities towards junior employees and a proactive approach to project management is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving abilities, as well as good communication skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools</li><li>Good proficiency in English as a day-to-day business language is a must.</li></ul> ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are a family of 33 thousand engaged people.
