Role Overview You will coordinate, prepare, facilitate, and support the regional implementation of various People Development initiatives—ranging from soft-skills development and business skills training to leadership programmes. Key Responsibilities: Programme Coordination &amp; Facilitation -Coordinate and support a wide range of learning programmes, both virtual and in-person. -Prepare materials, organize logistics, update content, and ensure all administrative aspects run seamlessly. -Act as a facilitator for selected regional or global development programmes. Regional Support &amp; Collaboration Partner with Local HR teams to plan learning activities and support participant preparation. -Conduct participant readiness or proficiency checks when required. -Serve as a primary point of contact for learning-related matters within the region. -Liaise with training hubs on organizational needs such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and session materials. Follow-Up &amp; Development Tracking -Support programme observers or trainers by collecting participant evaluation insights. -Gather and monitor individual follow-up or development plans in collaboration with Local HR teams. -Maintain clear tracking systems and ensure consistency across the region. Programme Enablement -Contribute to the planning of regional and global development initiatives. -Assist in identifying and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who may co-deliver training. -Provide Train-the-Trainer guidance to SMEs when needed. Reporting &amp; Analysis -Maintain regular reporting dashboards and documentation for all initiatives. -Collect and analyse participant feedback to strengthen programme quality and impact. -Develop and maintain standard procedures, manuals, and guidelines. Required Qualifications Qualifications: -English proficiency at C2 level. -Proven experience in Learning &amp; Development, training delivery, or facilitation. -Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and good understanding of LMS platforms. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience working in regional, global, or multicultural environments. Regional People Development Coordinator & Facilitator

We are searching for an experienced Junior Compliance Legal Counsel at our MSC Service Center Greece - Piraeus facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities MSC is looking for a competent Junior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal Compliance Team. MSC’s Corporate Legal Compliance Team is seated in Geneva, Switzerland and in Piraeus, Greece. The successful candidate will work from the offices in Piraeus and will have daily cooperation with the rest of the team in Geneva. Summary of Position-Provision of support to the corporate legal compliance team in the areas of business ethics (anti-corruption, anti-bribery, conflict of interest), sanctions compliance and data protection. -Contract review and consultation provision to all Group affiliated companies from a compliance perspective -Performance of trainings to worldwide agencies and Group entities in order to raise compliance awareness -Ensure appropriate documentation is in place in accordance with the GDPR accountability requirements; conduction of Data Protection Impact Assessments, Legitimate Interest -Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments -Assistance in HQ projects, performance of due diligence tasks and satisfaction of ad hoc requests/reports -Support in drafting and implementing company’s policies and procedures in order to mitigate potential compliance risks -Legal monitoring of the applicable laws and regulations to ensure that the company meets its regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications -A degree in Law (LL.B) or in a relevant field. Junior Compliance Legal Counsel

The AMS Documentation Employee is responsible for ensuring customs declarations comply with the Advanced Manifest System (AMS) Regulations for MSC inbound cargo to the European Union, the People’s Republic of China, the Panama Canal, United Kingdom, India, United States, Canada and Mexico. The goal is to minimize delays and avoid Customs Fines and disciplinary actions. This involves entering the information into our centralized database using our internal TMS application, streamlining the billing process for enhanced client convenience.
