The Head of Sales drives commercial performance, stabilises event operations, and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads across all Scorpios locations. This role blends strategic sales &amp; events leadership with hands-on event execution, ensuring every guest experience aligns with the brand’s culture, values, and aesthetic standards. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Head of Sales &amp; Events designs concepts, manages teams, and supports multiple verticals—including F&amp;B, wellness, and hospitality.
