T he Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function supporting candidate onboarding. This position focuses on managing teams across EMEA (primarily Greece, Adria Region, Egypt, UK &amp; Ireland), and overseeing all onboarding activity (from offer through to hire). It involves implementing efficient workflows, driving data-driven insights, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The manager collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development: Lead and mentor a team of TA Operations professionals, across multiple Geos, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.</li><li>Service Delivery: Working in partnership with the TA team to ensure successful delivery to the Operation - ensuring successful and timely completion and compliance of all onboarding activity including, background checks, contracting, onboarding documentation requirements, payroll activity etc.</li><li>Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine TA processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of operations to improve productivity, enhance efficiency and accuracy, and reduce time-to-fill metrics. Development and implementation of relevant AI tools.</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, analytics reports, and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.</li><li>Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the applicant tracking system. Ensure data integrity, system updates, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on effective use of the ATS.</li><li>Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Collaborate with legal and HR teams to establish and update recruitment-related policies, procedures, and practices in alignment with compliance requirements. Collaborate and engage with 3rd party vendors for payroll registrations and with Government authorities for employment registrations where applicable</li><li>Vendor &amp; Budget Management: Strategically manage a portfolio of talent acquisition vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating performance to ensure maximum value.</li><li>Candidate Experience: Champion a proactive and data-driven approach to enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience. Implement feedback loops and leverage insights to continuously refine our hiring journey and build our employer brand</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Leaders across multiple Departments including TA, HR, Finance, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders to align TA strategies with business objectives. Provide guidance and support on operational aspects, including process improvement, technology adoption, and compliance. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition operations. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and operational management.</li><li>Experience of managing onboarding, including background check completion, contracting processes, onboarding documentation requirements, etc.</li><li>Leadership experience with strong team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience of working across multiple Geo's within EMEA.</li><li>Experience of working with relevant 3rd party vendors and authorities for the purposes of hiring related registrations</li><li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (strong preference Workday experience) and recruitment technologies.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, metrics reporting, and utilizing recruitment analytics to drive insights and improvements.</li><li>Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.</li><li>Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead and execute complex projects with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational strategies with talent acquisition and organizational goals.</li><li>Innovative and forward-thinking mindset, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive recruitment excellence.</li></ul>

Talent Acquisition Operations Manager - EMEA

As an HR Budget, Reporting and Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will support the monitoring of HR Budget and Regulatory Affairs activities, as well as the preparation of internal and external reports, contributing to accurate data collection, analysis, reporting, and the effective execution of financial and regulatory processes and deliverables.What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of budget analyses and reports, supporting the monitoring of HR budget-related activities</li><li>Support the analysis and validation of workforce requirements, contributing to accurate workforce planning inputs</li><li>Collect and perform initial analysis of the Group’s headcount evolution, providing data that supports monitoring and decision-making</li><li>Collect budgeting input from various business areas, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for reporting and analysis purposes</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of Excel financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assist budget monitoring and planning activities</li><li>Assist in the alignment, update, and improvement of the content of all Remuneration Policies and Annexes across the Group</li><li>Support the preparation of internal and external reports (e.g. FINREP, COR22) to ensure the Group’s compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>Support the preparation of material for RemCo meetings and collaborate with other teams across HR to assist with the preparation and timely submission of their respective materials</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering, or another relevant field</li><li>A Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)</li><li>One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in budgeting, reporting, regulatory reporting, or a related analytical function, regardless of industry</li><li>Knowledge of budgeting analysis, HR data analysis, cost benefit analysis, reporting, and data collection and analysis processes will be considered an asset</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including the use of complex Excel functions, Pivot Tables, formulas, and financial analysis/reporting tools</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with attention to detail when handling financial, workforce-related, and regulatory data</li><li>Strong analytical thinking skills to support reporting, forecasting, and regulatory deliverables</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
