Application Support Engineer

As a Business Analyst at our team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and functionality of our Lottery systems!More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:<ul><li>Being the person responsible within the team for collecting and tracking the progress of change requests.</li><li>Ensuring that requirements are fully understood by both the Business and Development teams and that the designed implementation truly satisfies our customers' expectations.</li><li>Participating in the definition and analysis of business requirements.</li><li>Uncovering and understanding customer and business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements to be successful in this role.</li></ul>Job requirementsTo get this role, you should match the following criteria:<ul><li>You hold a University or College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant technology-related field</li><li>A proven working experience of at least&nbsp;3&nbsp;years in Business Analysis or Product Management (ideally in the Gaming sector)</li><li>Understanding of the software development lifecycle (enterprise software development).</li><li>Familiarity with the Business Analysis process: requirement gathering, communication, planning &amp; management, analysis &amp; documentation, implementation &amp; testing!</li><li>Familiarity in 3rd party integrations and using relational databases.</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek &amp; English language, both written and spoken.</li><li>Open to travelling and working abroad.</li></ul>We would appreciate it if you had:<ul><li>Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.</li></ul> On a personal side:<ul><li>Is communication one of your strong points?
