As an ICT Technical Account Manager you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s ICT services to Private Corporate customers (Cloud, Integration &amp; Infrastructure solutions as well as Software as a Service products). You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (e.g.. IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Integration services etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform daily visits (physical or digital) to investigate &amp; analyse Corporate Customer needs so as to propose the technical solution that meets customer requirements.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead the technical and commercial discussion both with customers and internal organization. Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of Solution Propositions and RFP responses.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise thoroughly with Internal and External business Partners, in order to deliver flawless Technical Solutions•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Achieve Sales Targets by co-operating with Corporate Account Managers&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Earn Customer Loyalty by becoming the long-term contact of choice for the customer’s Digital Transformation journey and IT solutions lifecycle.Who you are•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose solutions related to ICT e.g. Private and Public Cloud (Azure), Microsoft Modern Workplace &amp; Security, EndPoint Security (MS Defender) as well as Integration services for the above•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in technical, both in Greek and English•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong results orientation, attention to detail &amp; flexibility to work under pressure &amp; tight timelinesNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
