We at&nbsp;Nova&nbsp;are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking&nbsp;HR Administration Specialist&nbsp;to be part of our successful team in our&nbsp;HR department.You have a challenging mission for:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, with a particular focus on managing absenteeism, timekeeping, maternity leave, and overtime tasks. This role involves monitoring employee attendance, ensuring compliance with time management policies, and addressing absenteeism issues.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage shift cards, including uploading shift schedules, processing schedule changes, and ensuring that all shifts are accurately recorded and communicated to employees in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with department managers to address any scheduling conflicts and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Track and analyze absenteeism patterns and provide reports to management.</li><li>Implement and maintain timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of working hours.</li><li>Handle employee inquiries related to attendance, timekeeping, maternity leave, and overtime.</li><li>Manage and process maternity leave requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.</li><li>Track and manage overtime hours, ensuring proper documentation and compensation.</li><li>Prepare and distribute regular reports on attendance, absenteeism, maternity leave, and overtime.</li><li>Support HR projects and initiatives related to time management, employee attendance, and leave policies.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection in all HR activities.</li></ul>Main Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on time management, absenteeism, and leave management.</li><li>Knowledge of the Ergani system, including the ability to register essential employment terms, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of SCANHRMS is highly appreciate.</li><li>Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Good knowledge of English language.&nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Bonus Scheme to celebrate your achievements.</li><li>Wellness programs to keep yourself fit.</li><li>Mobile voice and data to talk.</li><li>Discounts on Nova Fixed / Mobile / TV for you, friends, family.</li><li>Private Insurance program to check up your health.</li><li>Toddlers allowance to daycare your kids.</li></ul>
