Integration and Business Initiatives Expert

The ideal candidate shall possess a deep understanding of risk management, operational continuity and innovative engineering practices designed to challenge and strengthen the bank's systems and processes.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;Crisis Management• Coordination of the development, evaluation, signoff and distribution of crisis management plans and policies • Coordination of educational initiatives about crisis management handling&nbsp; • In case of a crisis event &nbsp; &nbsp;o Invocation and coordination of the crisis management team &nbsp; &nbsp;o Provide support to the COO during the handling of the crisis event &nbsp; &nbsp;o Coordination of all involved parties &nbsp; &nbsp;o Estimation of the financial and non-financial impact of the event &nbsp; &nbsp;o Composition of post incident review reports&nbsp; Business Continuity Management• Coordination of the development, evaluation, signoff and distribution of business continuity plans as well as for their completeness • Coordination of educational initiatives about business continuity management&nbsp; • Activation of the business continuity plan and &nbsp; &nbsp;o Coordination of the recovery actions and assessment of their effectiveness &nbsp; &nbsp;o Estimation of the financial and non-financial impact of the event &nbsp; &nbsp;o Composition of post incident review reports and update of business continuity plans Chaos Engineering (optional)• Introduce Chaos Engineering practices to proactively identify weaknesses in the bank's systems and processes. • Design and coordinate the execution of experiments to test the resilience of various systems and processes under unexpected conditions. • Analyze the results of chaos engineering experiments and recommend improvements to enhance system and process robustness. • Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Risk Management teams to ensure that chaos engineering practices are integrated into the bank's overall IT risk management framework. • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in chaos engineering and incorporate best practices into the bank's operations.&nbsp;What you need to have &nbsp;&nbsp;• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Risk Management or any other related discipline; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in crisis management and business continuity planning. Ideally at least 5 of them shall be in the banking or financial services sector. • Experience with chaos engineering tools and methodologies will be considered a plus • Proven track record of successfully managing critical incidents and implementing effective business continuity strategies. • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex risk scenarios. • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation/communication skills • Excellent influencing and project/time management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and interact with senior management. • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Resilient and adaptable; able to remain calm and effective under pressure. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to crisis management and business continuity. • Certifications in crisis management, business continuity, or risk management (e.g., Certified Business Continuity Professional - CBCP, Certified Risk Manager - CRM) will be considered a plus &nbsp;What we offer &nbsp; It’s all about our people.
