Your role as a&nbsp;Technology Project Management Professional&nbsp;will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding goals for clients and Deloitte, setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. During your tenure as a&nbsp;Technology Project Management Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:<ul><li>Lead project delivery throughout the full lifecycle, from initial business case formulas to final production rollout, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile);</li><li>Collaborate with client to define project scope, aligning with customer specifications and business objectives;</li><li>Estimate effort and budget, forecast resources, and allocate them optimally to meet project - specific requirements;</li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and strong relationships;</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate project teams, removing obstacles and ensuring smooth alignment with the project plan;</li><li>Develop and monitor project plans, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and ensure efficient outcomes;</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to manage project risks proactively;</li><li>Prepare detailed progress reports, using KPIs to provide timely and accurate updates to stakeholders;</li><li>Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and monthly billing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely invoicing;</li><li>Deliver client presentations and demonstrations, engaging directly with clients on site when necessary to ensure project alignment and satisfaction;</li><li>Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables and conduct post - project evaluations to identify lessons learned;</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, enhancing relationships and exploring additional value delivery.</li></ul> #WinningRequirementsTo qualify for the role you must have:<ul><li>University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other master's degree is advantage;</li><li>Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in Project Management, with a strong understanding of project delivery best practices, preferably in the Consulting industry;</li><li>Certification/Accreditation in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) are strong assets, reflecting expertise in project management frameworks;</li><li>Experience in IT requirements analysis and management is highly desirable;</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps;</li><li>Experience with Agile/SCRUM Software Development Processes is considered a plus;</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of project deliverables;</li><li>Experience in PMO support, full Project Management lifecycle, and managing project dependencies is considered a plus;</li><li>Ability to perform effectively under pressure, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships across various organizational levels and cultural backgrounds;</li><li>Technical fluency and the ability to engage in discussions about broad technology and business trends, tailored to customer and project - specific needs.</li><li>Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates, where applicable.</li></ul> #AboutTechnology &amp; TransformationFive core competency areas make up our Technology &amp; Transformation service line:<ul><li>Cyber;</li><li>Engineering, AI &amp; Data;</li><li>Enterprise Technology &amp; Performance;</li><li>Deloitte Digital;</li><li>Human Capital.</li></ul> We exist to solve complex problemsOur consultants are renowned for their straightforward approach to solving some of the world’s largest and most complex business challenges.
