As an Application Support Engineer, your role is both dynamic and pivotal. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations by:<ul><li>Monitoring and resolving open production issues at the 2nd level within designated timeframes.</li><li>Promptly initiating a "Problem" report when the root cause of an incident remains unidentified.</li><li>Conducting advanced troubleshooting for production incidents and problems.</li><li>Taking ownership of problem monitoring and tracking, with a focus on process improvement for recurring issues.</li><li>Reproducing incidents and validating fixes through regression testing.</li><li>Contributing to root cause analysis efforts to prevent future outages or quality issues.</li></ul>Flexibility is key as this position may require shift work and occasional international travel due to our global clientele.Job requirementsTo excel in this role,&nbsp;you should:<ul><li>Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Possess 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, System Administration, SW-QA, or DEVOPS.</li><li>Have solid system administration skills, particularly in Linux environments (Windows experience is a plus).</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with Oracle or Mongo DB.</li><li>Bonus points for experience in automation testing and scripting languages.</li><li>Be familiar with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, and NewRelic.</li><li>Communicate effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.</li><li>Prioritize teamwork and value collective success over individual achievements.</li></ul>About Us:&nbsp;INTRALOT, a publicly listed company established in 1992, is a leading gaming solutions supplier and operator active in 39 regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
