Tech Sourcing Associate (Fixed term)

Your day to day will include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Identifying opportunities for technological advancements and improvements in the digital retail space such as in-store kiosk, beacons, digital signage, interactive displays, LED screens, audio-visual distribution, lighting &amp; energy management systems, etc.</li><li>Conducting thorough research to propose cutting-edge digital solutions, exploring ways to elevate OPAP’s retail network &amp; premises digital capabilities with transformative technology.</li><li>Participating in pilot projects to test and evaluate new solutions before large-scale rollouts.</li><li>Providing technical support during rollout phases</li><li>Monitoring quality and operational performance of existing store hardware equipment and infrastructure&nbsp;</li><li>Creating detailed electrical design plans and comprehensive equipment/infrastructure manuals.</li><li>Preparing technical specifications for tender processes, guiding vendors through assignments, and tracking the implementation of solutions to completion.</li><li>Coordinating with other internal teams (e.g. Technology) and external vendors for the delivery of the assigned digital projects</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to succeed:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; MSc is preferable</li><li>3+ years of experience in digital electronics, system integration and retail technology solutions</li><li>Familiarity with retail technology (e.g. digital signage, CMS platforms, digital kiosks, traffic counters and interactive displays)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and multi-task</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Teamwork and cooperation</li><li>Achievement orientation&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral &amp; written)</li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s in it for you?&nbsp;<ul><li>An award-winning working environment&nbsp;🚀</li><li>State of the art facilities including gym &amp; restaurant&nbsp;🏢</li><li>Hybrid working model&nbsp;💻</li><li>Competitive salary package 💸</li><li>Continuous learning with classroom/digital trainings by OpapAcademy&nbsp;🎓</li><li>Internal Career Opportunities&nbsp;💼</li><li>Well-Being Activities&nbsp;💪</li></ul>&nbsp;OPAP Group is an equal opportunity employer
