As an Integration and Group Initiatives Senior Specialist you will be supporting the implementation of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives.What you will be doing<ul><li>Contribute to the execution of Alpha Bank’s most critical strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities and long-term value objectives.</li><li>Support the development and validation of business cases by defining key objectives, financial and non-financial value drivers, and cost-benefit analysis methodologies.</li><li>Support collaboration between different business areas by coordinating priorities and fostering stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact with relevant external partners to support the progress of key initiatives.</li><li>Monitor performance against key indicators, ensuring sustained focus on intended business outcomes beyond initiative delivery.</li><li>Oversee progress of initiatives, identify potential issues and opportunities and propose interventions.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and presentations for the ExCo and other Committees.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with other Business Areas to assist maturing business requirements and prioritize initiatives with the related BAs across the Bank to maximize extracted value.</li></ul>What you need to have<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree</li><li>A Master’s degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)</li><li>At least three (3) years of working experience in &nbsp;top-tier strategy consulting firms, or internal consulting units of top-tier companies</li><li>Experience in Project Management, Business Development, Planning and Budgeting</li><li>Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deliverables</li><li>Fluent in English&nbsp;</li></ul>What we offer &nbsp;It’s all about our people.
