Η Mediatel S.A, μία από τις πιο δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες παροχής ολοκληρωμένων υΗ Mediatel S.A, μία από τις πιο δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες παροχής ολοκληρωμένων υπηρεσιών Contact Center, αναζητά έμπειρο, δυναμικό και επικοινωνιακό&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;Service&nbsp;Supervisor&nbsp;(Inbound/Outbound),&nbsp;για το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών κορυφαίας εταιρείας στον χώρο της ενέργειας.&nbsp;ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ:<ul><li>Καθημερινή εποπτεία, οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της ομάδας εξυπηρέτησης, εξασφαλίζοντας την υψηλή ποιότητα, συνέπεια υπηρεσιών και επίτευξη των στόχων του έργου/τμήματος.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης της ομάδας μέσω δεικτών KPIs και καθοδήγηση για την βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας.</li><li>Ανάλυση και βελτίωση των διαδικασιών εξυπηρέτησης, με σκοπό την αποτελεσματικότητα την βελτίωση της παραγωγικότητας, της ποιότητας και του ηθικού της ομάδας.</li><li>Συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες της εταιρείας για την αποτελεσματική εκτέλεση του έργου και την υλοποίηση νέων πρωτοβουλιών στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης.</li></ul>Το προφίλ του υποψηφίου που μας ταιριάζει:<ul><li>Κάτοχος Πτυχίου ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ.</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Contact Center.</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής Γλώσσας.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office.</li><li>Εμπειρία σε ρόλο ηγετικής θέσης διαχείρισης κλήσεων, κατά προτίμηση στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.</li><li>Στρατηγική και αναλυτική σκέψη. Customer Service Supervisor, Contact Center

We are looking for a Corporate Technical Support Engineer to be hired with the responsibility to perform Converged Telephony and Legacy Services support in direct contact with Business Customers, field technicians and 2nd level support teamsKey accountabilities&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise after service activation.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform all required actions to support Converged Telephony and Legacy Services to customer, also doing all Vodafone internal coordination activities that follow the troubleshooting process. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Organize field technician visits to customer premises to perform all appropriate actions. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform Services proactive Monitoring and run health checks.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Send technical incident reports to Business customers.Who you areWho you are: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications and computing.
