WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects related to end-to-end IT and Business analysis of Banking Products.&nbsp;Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Gain expertise in relevant business domains, understand users’ objectives, and align software applications to meet their needs effectively.</li><li>Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customer stakeholders. Engage with the appropriate team members to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities.</li><li>Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and bugs.</li><li>Produce comprehensive functional specifications along with wireframes and seek timely approval from customers to facilitate efficient Sprint planning.</li><li>Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications and setting priorities as required.</li><li>Attend daily alignment meetings with the team to ensure that delivered features align with specified requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with the implementation team to estimate forthcoming scope.</li><li>Provide support in creating and updating documentation as needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:Educational requirements:<ul><li>BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or another relevant field. Junior IT Business Analyst
