UNISON Human Resources S.A. is seeking, on behalf of a Greek bank, highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisors in Athens and Thessaloniki, to provide expert guidance on mortgage loans to customers from Greece and other countries. The positions are offered on a fixed-term contract of 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extension, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s regulations and maintaining strong customer relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Sales with a focus on mortgage loans</li><li>Strong/daily communication &amp; servicing towards customers, External Networks Partners and Branch Network</li><li>Provide specialized advice to customers regarding mortgage loans, considering the differences in banking products, regulations, and tax policies applicable in various countries.</li><li>Monitor the status of loan applications to ensure compliance with Bank standards. Analyze financial and legal documents to assess the creditworthiness of customers.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.</li><li>Maintain strong networks with the Branch Network and External Networks Partners to grow the client base.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies will be preferred. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in a banking services environment, with a focus on (mortgage) loans will be an added advantage.</li><li>Experience in client management and communication.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office. As a Regulatory Requirements Specialist, you will calculate and analyze capital requirements, capital adequacy, and leverage ratios at Alpha Bank and Group level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to supervisory authorities.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Understand the regulatory framework as defined in the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and involved in the calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs) under Pillar I framework</li><li>Stay updated on EBA/ECB guidelines and regulatory developments</li><li>Examine regulatory changes and developments (CRR, Basel IV, BCBS) related to capital management, monitoring and reporting</li><li>Collect data and information, ensuring respective consistency and completeness</li><li>Prepare Common Reporting (COREP) and other relevant comprehensive reporting as well as understand and develop reporting requirements in the context of the Credit and Counterparty Credit Risk, Securitisation Risk, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio</li><li>Identification of potential process impovements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of RWAs calculation, governance, and controls process</li><li>Execute a series of operational support tasks (e.g. communication with external and internal collaborators, setting up meetings, following up on deliverables)</li><li>Prepare and update reports, presentations, dashboards and other data with key insights to be presented to the competent Committees of the Bank, using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. SAS, Excel, QlikView)</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in in a quantitative field of study (e.g. Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Business) or in any other related discipline (a Master Degree will be considered a plus)</li><li>A minimum of two years’ experience in regulatory compliance or prudential reporting in banking or or in a major consulting firm</li><li>Demonstrated experience in at least one or more of the following indicative regulatory reports will be considered an asset: FINREP, COREP and EBA Stress Tests</li><li>Familiarity with big data analysis supported by experience in data analysis and reporting (Microsoft SQL, SPSS) will be considered an asset</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory reporting tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Collaborative, organized, and proactive working style</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
