As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of the Logistics Center and will be instrumental in the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include:🔸 Coordinating and overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of processes 🔸 Monitoring operational performance through logistics KPIs and identifying areas for improvement 🔸 Planning and managing the distribution of goods, including coordination with transport partners 🔸 Ensuring full compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health &amp; Safety regulations and company standards 🔸 Managing the maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment and cooperating closely with Facility Management&nbsp;🔹 Your ProfileWe are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable professional who brings:✔️ A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field ✔️ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally within a 3PL environment ✔️ Proficiency in logistics systems and excellent command of MS Office tools ✔️ Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of German is considered a strong asset) ✔️ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills ✔️ A proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment&nbsp;💼 What We OfferAt Star Automotive Hellas SA, we recognize that our people are the key to our success.
