The Engineer will be joining our Programming team and manage all the process from initial design to programming and commissioning of various electrical / automation projects including but not limited to: Electrical Switchboards, PLC Systems, Power management Systems, Power Plants, in the Greek area as well as abroad.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>· Experience in marine electrical systems design and analysis.</li><li>· Programming in Codesys</li><li>· Programming in DCS Environment</li><li>· Redundant System Design</li><li>· Preparation of electrical material take off.</li><li>· Possess good knowledge in automation integrations such as vessels, yachts etc.</li><li>· Prepare System documentation.</li><li>· Project management, Project scheduling, client interaction, site visit (client office, ship, etc.)</li><li>· Sound knowledge of all marine electrical safety practices and procedures.</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSTechnical / Professional: bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical and Computer Engineer / Software Engineer) or Diploma / Degree in Marine Electrical system is preferred.Technological:· Very Good Experience use of Automation Programming (Codesys / Ladder / STL / FBD / Schneider Electric Platforms)· Competent in Microsoft Office· Knowledge of classification rules &amp; requirements, statutory regulations, marine safety &amp; technical codes, and other relevant engineering standards applicable to ships· Good skills and knowledge in Project ManagementGeneral:· Ability to work well under pressure.· Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.· Continuous improvement mindset.· Proactive at work.· Detailed-oriented.· Able to travel overseas when required.People/Relations:· People-oriented personality· Good team player with good attitude, integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills· Demonstrate Good communication skill with Technical Manager, Superintendent, ship’s Captain, Chief Engineer/Officer, or Crews on board.· Adopt Good Safe Practice and self-motivated engineer with knowledge of risk management know how while working on ships.Preferred Qualifications:· English· Italian&nbsp;We offer you:<ul><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Continuous development opportunities</li></ul>
