The Functional Analysis Specialist will be joining the Deposits Domain of IT Core Banking Services Division of Alpha Bank S.A., which is responsible for expanding capabilities to the full set of applications that exist in a domain and can perform the functional analysis process on small scale requirements with the assistance of a more experienced colleague.Working closely with IT and Business stakeholders, the person chosen will participate in IT projects ensuring their successful execution in alignment with IT guidelines and methodologies and meeting IT and Business objectives.&nbsp; What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Translates business requirements to functional requirements, as an input to IT solutions design for a full set of applications that exist in a domain.</li><li>Cooperates effectively with the Senior Functional Engineering regarding the functional analysis process on small scale requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Adjusts and/or assists on the design and testing of the IT systems to successfully fulfill needs of the Bank, using up-to-date technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Creates detailed documentation regarding technical solutions, their scope and objectives, activities performed, and findings.</li><li>Executes functional testing and analyzes data to assess performance to specifications.</li><li>Supervises functional testing as well as and documentation activities, performed by the team of Functional Analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Stays up-to-date with the industry technical and business trends, to support the improvement process of the Bank’s internal systems/applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs basic troubleshooting activities using available tools.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or in any other related discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum of 4 years professional experience in positions linked with Deposits&nbsp;and services and/or analysis and design of digital systems or validation process, validation frameworks or testing methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver under tight and demanding deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritize business requirements and identify prerequisites, dependencies, and restrictions.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite and Visio. Functional Analysis Specialist

As a Mobile Application Developer will be placed in the IT Digital Services and Data Analytics Division of Alpha Bank as a member of the Digital Platforms Domain application development team and you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the next generation of iOS applications.&nbsp; What you will be doing •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Driving the latest development practices as a core member of an agile team.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Writing quality code and unit tests as well as working with API specs and automation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing additional development capacity to development teams, where required, including the hands-on development and the configuration of application changes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing coaching and mentoring to junior resources.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Designing and building mobile applications for the Apple iOS platform.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborating with the design team to define the applications’ features.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fixing application bugs before the final release.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Publishing applications on App Store.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborating with other teams using the Azure DevOps platform and managing the code on Git. What you need to have •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience working as an iOS&nbsp;Developer.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience as an app developer.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, UIKit, Objective-C, Unit Tests and 3rd-party libraries (Alamofire).•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with iOS Frameworks, such as Core Data, Realm and Core Animation, and ability to use the Xcode with ease.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of MVVM, SOLID and design patterns.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with push notifications, APIs and app monitoring.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in collaborating with designers to create intuitive and accessible interfaces that meet business needs.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Know-how in best practices relating to mobile applications and security&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
