Reporting to Marketing &amp; Communication Manager, the role oversees a team of two responsible in the areas of internal &amp; external communications and customer communications, as well as leads the relationship with the PR agency.Your day-to-day:Internal Communications:<ul><li>Own the internal communications strategy and editorial calendar (emails, newsletters, viva engage platform, intranet, Town Halls content), and work together with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify themes aiming to keep employees informed and engaged.</li><li>Lead content development, editing, and final approvals for internal communications.</li></ul>External Communications<ul><li>Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with journalists and media outlets.</li><li>Lead the publicity strategy and the content development (press releases, articles, interviews, etc.). Reservation Agent - Evening Shift
