Working closely with the rest of the BMC team and key internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the creation of clear, engaging, and impactful communications that strengthen employee engagement and align with business priorities.This role focuses primarily on content development, coordination, and execution, while offering exposure to strategic initiatives across the organization.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities<ul><li>Support internal communications activities, aligned with EY business objectives and BMC strategy.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective communication across teams, departments, and service lines.</li><li>Plan, draft, and edit internal communication materials in both Greek and English, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, email communications, presentations, employee campaigns, scripts and video comms.</li><li>Conduct research and gather information to support internal narratives, identify communication needs, and prepare high‑quality content that translates complex topics into clear, accessible messages.</li><li>Actively contribute to strategic internal initiatives, including culture, change management, employer branding, and go‑to‑market programs, through research, copywriting, content development, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Update and maintain content on internal communication channels and platforms (intranet, newsletters, presentations, collaboration tools, email communication platforms), ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging information is available to employees.</li><li>Track and report on communication effectiveness (e.g., engagement metrics, participation rates, feedback insights)</li><li>Propose and implement new ideas, concepts, and channels to enhance internal communications effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support organizational transformation efforts.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success<ul><li>Excellent copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Solid project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong research abilities.</li><li>Results‑oriented, with attention to detail, particularly when preparing communications distributed to a large internal/external audience and a drive to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality work.</li><li>Comfort working with email marketing and campaign management platforms.</li><li>Strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently.</li><li>Ability to convert complex information into simple, high‑impact messages and polished deliverables.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with diverse internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.</li><li>Creative thinker able to produce content from scratch and propose innovative solutions.</li><li>Proficient use of digital tools, internal communication platforms, and collaboration technologies.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;To qualify for the role, you must have:<ul><li>1–3 years of proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a related field.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Political Science, Business, or related disciplines).</li><li>Strong understanding of communication principles, employee engagement practices.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and content‑packaging skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.</li><li>Critical thinking and advanced research capabilities.</li><li>Experience in project management.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and other collaboration/knowledge‑management tools.</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).</li></ul>Ideally, you’ll also have:<ul><li>Familiarity with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp etc.) will be considered an asset.</li><li>Understanding of AI in business, and experience using GenAI/AI tools to support content creation, will be considered an asset.</li><li>Experience working in a well‑structured internal communications or marketing/communications department within a multinational environment.</li><li>Exposure to corporate culture initiatives, employer branding projects, or internal engagement campaigns.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offerWe offer you the ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
