The Manager, Sales Development Representative is responsible for leading a high-performing team of SDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth across a defined segment or product. This role oversees the design and execution of prospecting strategies, ensures consistent lead quality, and drives operational excellence across outbound and inbound motions. The Operational Risk Management Lead will support the Head of Operational Risk in delivering a resilient and forward-looking change risk management capability for the organisation. This role has day-to-day ownership of Change Governance and Change Risk Management. You will ensure risks associated with business change, transformation initiatives, technology programs, and market expansions are properly identified, assessed, and controlled before implementation.The role also contributes to policy and framework ownership, risk reporting, and the application of AI and advanced analytics to improve oversight, predictive insight, and efficiency in managing change-related risks. Operational Risk Management Lead
