TAX Audit Manager

Experienced TAX Auditor - Thessaloniki

We are looking for a Collections &amp; Credit Control Officer to join our high caliber team.Your contribution to the success of the team<ul><li>Continuous review of outstanding debt for a portfolio of customers from our customer base.</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and issue credit notes when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate payment plans with customers and follow-up on agreements</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and adherence to payment plans along with new billings in order to control further credit exposure</li></ul><ul><li>Review and assess customer credit risk, maintaining up-to-date records in our finance systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with our Sales, Services and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare regular reports on aged debt, collections progress, and cash flow forecasts.</li></ul><ul><li>Support month-end closing activities and process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and better monitoring.</li></ul>Your Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>2+ years’ experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable. Software, SaaS or business services&nbsp;environment will be considered a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you’re firm but fair with customers and can engage with other stakeholders, such as sales.</li></ul><ul><li>A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Organizational skills, ownership of tasks and ability to prioritise.</li></ul><ul><li>Confident using Excel/Google Sheets&nbsp;and accounting systems.
