Ο/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναφέρεται στον Προϊστάμενο του Τμήματος Ασφαλίσεων.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Αποτελεσματική διαχείριση και διαπραγμάτευση ζημιών σε &nbsp;ασφαλιστήρια Κατά Παντός Κινδύνου (CAR), Αστικής Ευθύνης, Εργοδοτικής Ευθύνης, CPM, Περιουσίας, Μεταφορών κ.ά. μέχρι το κλείσιμο &nbsp;των υποθέσεων</li><li>Συγκέντρωση στοιχείων ζημιάς από εμπλεκόμενα μέρη και ανάλυση στοιχείων ζημιάς</li><li>Διερεύνηση των συνθηκών ζημιάς και μελέτη των όρων του ασφαλιστηρίου</li><li>Τήρηση του φακέλου ζημιάς με τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα</li><li>Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία (στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά) με μεσίτες, πραγματογνώμονες, ασφαλιστές και αντασφαλιστές</li><li>Συνεχής παρακολούθηση της προόδου των ζημιών με τα εμπλεκόμενα μέρη</li><li>Διατήρηση και τακτική ενημέρωση του Μητρώου Ζημιών</li><li>Επικαιροποίηση&nbsp; Διαδικασιών &nbsp;Διαχείρισης Ζημιών και εσωτερική επικοινωνία</li><li>Διαχείριση Μητρώου Κινδύνων</li><li>Διαπραγμάτευση ζημιών, &nbsp;διερεύνηση εξώδικων συμβιβασμών κατά περίπτωση&nbsp;</li><li>Συμμετοχή&nbsp; σε αυτοψίες ζημιών,&nbsp; επιθεωρήσεις&nbsp; κινδύνων&nbsp;</li><li>Διαχείριση εξοφλητικών αποδείξεων και συμφωνητικών συμβιβασμού</li><li>Εντολές προς λογιστήρια για είσπραξη ή καταβολή αποζημίωσης</li></ul>Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:<ul><li>Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας ως διακανονιστής ζημιών τεχνικών ασφαλίσεων σε ασφαλιστική εταιρία&nbsp; ή μεσιτικό γραφείο</li><li>Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ</li><li>Άριστη γνώση ασφαλιστικής ορολογίας και άριστη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση των όρων ασφαλιστηρίων και πρακτικών διακανονισμού σε σχετικούς κλάδους</li><li>Αναλυτική και κριτική σκέψη, μεθοδικότητα και οργανωτικές ικανότητες</li><li>Ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών</li><li>Πάθος για την εργασία και την &nbsp;επίτευξη &nbsp;του καλύτερου δυνατού αποτελέσματος στη διευθέτηση των υποθέσεων ζημιών</li><li>Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία</li><li>Υπευθυνότητα, εχεμύθεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια</li><li>Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου και εργασίας υπό πίεση</li><li>Άριστες γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ και MS Office</li></ul>Η Εταιρία προσφέρει άριστες δυνατότητες ανάπτυξης για έναν ικανό επαγγελματία που αναζητά επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και αναγνώριση σε μία δυναμική πολυεθνική εταιρεία, ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών, ομαδικό Ασφαλιστήριο υγείας.
