Rooms Division Manager

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager who embodies Aman’s dedication to refined, intuitive and personalised hospitality to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Manager oversees all daily restaurant operations, leads the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and is accountable for the restaurant’s financial performance, including revenue maximisation and cost control.
