The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a Graduate Admissions Specialist to support the recruitment and admission of students into ACG’s graduate programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions pipeline, contributing to enrollment goals, and ensuring a seamless, student-centered admissions experience.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop meaningful contact with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and re-enrollment, ensuring effective nurturing and tracking of leads.</li><li>Proactively follow up with prospective students to support the achievement of enrollment targets.</li><li>Organize new student Orientation and registration preparations and assist with special events coordinated by the Office of Admissions.</li><li>Review application materials to verify they meet program admission criteria.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and application statuses within the CRM system.</li><li>Implement recruitment strategies for graduate students as directed by Senior Leadership.</li><li>Participate in enrollment activities and events, including info sessions, international fairs, email campaigns, and virtual or phone meetings.</li><li>Support the implementation of customized enrollment processes and tactics for graduate programs.</li><li>Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-oriented sales or service environment.</li><li>Strong familiarity with the Greek and international education market.</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting ability.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and ability to multitask.</li><li>Ability to work with a diverse and international student base.</li><li>High degree of confidentiality.</li><li>Ability to work on-site and function effectively as part of a larger team.</li></ul>

Specialist – Graduate Admissions

The American College of Greece is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist – International Enrollment to join our Undergraduate Enrollment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for international student recruitment, admissions processing, and student support. The role involves significant international travel to represent ACG at fairs and events, as well as the cultivation of relationships with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and relocation to Greece.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and participate in recruitment initiatives—such as international fairs, high school visits, conferences, and webinars—within the assigned territory.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g., educational agents, high school counselors), ensuring they remain informed and equipped to recruit qualified students.</li><li>Evaluate recruitment outcomes and propose adjustments to future recruitment plans within the assigned region to increase enrollment.</li><li>Guide candidates through all admissions process steps and assess their eligibility for admission.</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to encourage engagement, ensure timely progression, and support conversion throughout the admissions cycle.</li><li>Coordinate on-campus visits, information sessions (in-person and online), and residence tours for prospective students and families.</li><li>Manage and update student application data within the CRM admissions system.</li><li>Support new students during their first year by following up on their academic and student life experience.</li><li>Organize and participate in on-campus events related to the recruitment and retention of first-year students.</li><li>Assist the refugee scholarship program counselor with admissions processes and coordinate logistical needs for scholarship recipients (e.g., books, meals, supplies).</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree</li><li>2-3 years’ work experience in counselling/advising, sales or customer care positions</li><li>Familiarity with international secondary and post-secondary education systems will be considered additional asset</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek</li><li>P.C. literate (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Customer care oriented</li><li>Effective interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team Work</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work</li><li>Strong ability to adapt to different cultural and ethnic diverse environments</li></ul>Other requirements:<ul><li>Ability to travel frequently and to work flexible hours (considering potential time zone differences), including evenings and weekends, as required to support departmental needs.</li></ul>

Senior Specialist – International Enrollment
