Spa Therapist

More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily Spa operations (treatments, reception, facilities).</li><li>Ensure safe, high-quality delivery of wellness services in line with brand standards.</li><li>Monitor wellness trends and introduce new treatments, practices, and products.</li><li>Manage and control Spa budgets, daily transactions, and shift reports.</li><li>Implement upselling techniques and revenue-enhancing strategies.</li><li>Recruit, train, and evaluate Spa personnel, ensuring service excellence and professional standards</li><li>Lead, motivate, and schedule the Spa team (therapists, reception, support staff).</li><li>Promote and drive sales of spa products through effective merchandising and staff engagemen</li><li>Provide personalized guest service, handle feedback and complaints effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with Guest Experience, Marketing, and other departments for guest packages and promotions.</li><li>Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in Spa facilities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of appointments, stock levels, and professional product usage.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’</li><li>Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset</li><li>Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office</li><li>Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera</li><li>Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit</li><li>Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels &amp; Resorts is considered an additional asset</li></ul>BenefitsAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
