Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Head of Sales &amp; Events designs concepts, manages teams, and supports multiple verticals—including F&amp;B, wellness, and hospitality. Execution<ul><li>Develop innovative concepts to drive sales activations and enhance engagement.</li><li>Oversee the full lifecycle of events, including planning, contracting, budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation.</li><li>Coordinate with all scorpios departments: F&amp;B, Operations, Music, PR/Marketing, and Guest Experience teams for seamless execution of the strategic sales and event plans.</li><li>Maintain consistency in event quality and brand presentation across all locations and scorpios properties.</li><li>Collaborate with third-party vendors to create a Scorpios vendor blueprint while ensuring operational alignment; in a global and local level.</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities during planning and execution to maximize revenue, for all scorpios locations.</li><li>Lead post-event commercial follow-up to secure repeat business and partnerships.</li></ul>Stabilisation &amp; Process Building<ul><li>Create templates, workflows, and communication flows to streamline processes.</li><li>Implement a CRM-driven strategy to track leads, client communication, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.</li></ul>Team and Training Development<ul><li>Train local teams on sales protocols, event standards, client communication, and brand ethos.</li><li>Mentor teams to ensure professionalism, storytelling, and service excellence.</li><li>Support onboarding on new members.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Serve as the communication bridge between departments involved in event creation and delivery.</li><li>Provide clear reporting on sales status, leads, contracts, and event outcomes.</li></ul>360° Lifestyle Brand Experience<ul><li>Create seamless multi-concept guest experiences across F&amp;B, Wellness and Hospitality.</li><li>Design bundled experience offerings to drive incremental revenue and increase average event value.</li></ul>Revenue &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Own full event P&amp;L and ensure profitable execution.</li><li>Analyse sales performance and implement corrective strategies.</li><li>Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust positioning and packages.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and tracking.</li></ul>&nbsp;Rooms Commercial Strategy &amp; Performance<ul><li>Develop and execute room sales strategies for Scorpios hotel component.</li><li>Collaborate with Head of Hotels and Revenue teams on pricing, segmentation, and distribution channels.</li><li>Drive improvements in ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy across all openings and existing properties.</li><li>Identify commercial opportunities for peak periods, long stays, prepayment packages, and buyouts.</li></ul>Pre-Opening Sales<ul><li>Lead creation of sales materials (fact sheets, floor plans, rate cards, villa specifications, visual assets) in collaboration with Marketing team.</li><li>Lead creation of Sales Materials</li></ul>Distribution &amp;
