Scorpios Group is looking for a credible R&amp;M Engineering Manager,&nbsp;In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness for the property. This position ensures a seamless transition from construction handover to operational phase and maintains all physical assets to the highest standard. Responsibilities Development / Pre-Opening Phase "Α":<ul><li>&nbsp;Participate in design reviews to ensure operational functionality.</li><li>&nbsp;Oversee construction company and report to PM and ownership.</li><li>&nbsp;Review and optimize MEP drawings for serviceability.</li><li>&nbsp;Prepare preventive maintenance plans and asset register templates.</li><li>&nbsp;Oversee commissioning and testing of systems.</li><li>&nbsp;Manage snagging and warranty tracking.</li><li>&nbsp;Define SOPs and coordinate procurement of tools and consumables.</li></ul>Operational Phase "B":<ul><li>&nbsp;Supervise all maintenance of villas, public areas, pools, gardens, spa, and restaurant.</li><li>&nbsp;Implement preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>&nbsp;Manage small works, repairs, and energy optimization.</li><li>&nbsp;Maintain compliance with local regulations.</li><li>&nbsp;Report monthly to GM and ownership on KPIs and budgets.</li><li>&nbsp;Construction management in upgrade works (timeline, budget, quality, subcontractors)</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.</li><li>8–12 years’ experience in luxury resorts or villas.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP, pools, BMS, and sustainable systems.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English.&nbsp;</li><li>Very good knowledge Microsoft office, Autocad, Project office, Network use</li></ul> BenefitsScorpios offers a competitive salary with career development opportunities, based on the candidate's qualifications and skills.
